Error Codes - CableIQ

We hope that you never see and error code on your CableIQ. If your CableIQ should report an error code, please look up the number on the list below for resolution. With very few errors reported in the field, we would value your time in notifying us of the error code using the links given below.
 
Cable IQ Internal Errors
 
22 - Oscillator fail. Most likely a hardware failure and will need to go in for repair.
 
23 - Invalid data address Return for repair if the error persists
 
24 - Stack error. Notify support@flukenetworks.com
 
25 - Math error. Notify support@flukenetworks.com
 
31 - Synthesizer not locked. Most likely a hardware failure and will need to go in for repair.
 
32 - Calibration record error. Return for repair.
 
33 - Invalid A/D channel used. Notify support@flukenetworks.com
 
34 - Flash error. Return for repair if error persists
 
35 - DO LOOP nesting error. Notify support@flukenetworks.com.
 
36 - Serial Flash CRC error, data is missing or corrupted. Return for repair if error persists after autotests have been erased. support@flukenetworks.com
 
41 - Invalid language requested. Notify support@flukenetworks.com
 
42 - HI GAIN error. Return for repair if error persists.
 
43 - Data error. Notify support@flukenetworks.com
 
44 - Enque/Deque error. Notify support@flukenetworks.com
 
45 - Clock error. Notify support@flukenetworks.com and return for repair if error persists.
